Turnberry Point

Turnberry Point and Lighthouse is situated close to the 9th hole of Turnberry Golf Course. It is what was once the moat of Turnberry Castle. With plenty of scope for nature study and very early observations of bird migrations, it is a great spot for nature lovers. There is also a small cafe near the lighthouse, to stop for refreshments, called the Lighthouse Halfway House.
