About
Trinity Church & Hub
Formerly a Free Church of Scotland, the Trinity building remains one of Irvine's most distinctive buildings, towering over the River Irvine and featuring a rose stained-glass window designed by influential Glaswegian artist Daniel Cottier.
However, in 1966 the church fell into a state of disrepair, eventually closing its doors and becoming home to hundreds of pigeons! In 2019, with investment from Transport Scotland and the Energy Savings Trust, Trinity Church reopened as an active travel hub for Irvine.
