This scenic cycleway is an entirely coast-side ride following the A866, with the first half taking in the lively atmosphere of capital Rothesay before travelling through the villages of Port Bannatyne and Ardbeg. The second half of the route takes a more secluded course, with panoramic views over the Firth of Clyde. Kames Castle is visible to your left as you leave Port Bannatyne, while the journey concludes at the cave of Bute folk hero, Fern Andy.
