Kildonan Farm Cottages

Our cottages are maintained to a high standard, are very well equipped and offer clean, comfortable and cosy accommodation for two to six guests.


Enjoy lovely woodland and coastal walks right on the doorstep, with beautiful beaches just a few minutes walk away.

Our cottages have their own fully enclosed private gardens, are surrounded by open farmland with uninterrupted sea views 

All bed linen, towels, electricity, oil and firewood are included. Our cottages are strictly non-smoking.

Millpond Cottage is a charming traditional farm cottage surrounded by farmland and with sea views from all aspects. This cottage sleeps up to six guests, in three bedrooms, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom downstairs. Up stairs there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The lounge has large comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove, colour television with free-view, DVD player, a Radio/CD player and there are plenty of books to borrow. The dining room over looks the rear garden and leads to a games room with a football table. There are plenty of board games for rainy days, some toys for younger children and outdoor games for the sunny days. Access to the back garden is through french doors to a patio area with outdoor seating and is a lovely sun-trap.
 
The large kitchen is very well equipped with seating for six and a highchair for any young guests. A door leads out into a bright sunroom with comfy conservatory seating. The cottage has free electric heating throughout and is fully double glazed. 
 
All Electricity, Bed Linen, Towels and Firewood are provided.


Millpond Cottage welcomes your well behaved dog, more by arrangement.

 
Weavers Cottage is a delightful cottage which has been restored to a very high standard. The cottage has private gardens to the rear and the front and enjoys countryside and sea views from all aspects. This cottage sleeps up to four guests, in two en-suite bedrooms, which is ideal for couples or a family of four.

The living room has two large comfortable sofas, wood-burning stove, television with free-sat. A large kitchen dining room is very well equipped with seating for four and a highchair for any young guests. 
Bedroom one is on the ground floor over looking the garden, sea and the cliffs at Dippen Point. The bedroom has a kingsized bed and an en-suite shower room with quality bath sheets and towels provided.

Bedroom two is a gallery bedroom leading up from the living room with views of the countryside and sea from all aspects. The bedroom has two single beds (can be made into a kingsized bed on request) and has an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, with quality bath sheets and towels provided.

French doors from the kitchen lead out into a bright sunroom with conservatory seating. There are a some board games for some evening entertainment and plenty of books to borrow during your stay. Access to the rear garden is through french doors to a patio area with outdoor seating which is a sun-trap and a great place to sit and relax of an evening.
 
The cottage has oil central heating throughout, a mixture of radiators and underfloor heating and is fully double glazed.


All electricity, oil heating, bed linen, towels and firewood are provided.
