Fairlie

Fairlie is a small village in North Ayrshire, around 3 miles from Largs. It is known to be Scotland’s first Fairtrade village and contains a good variety of restaurants and shops. One of the main visitor destinations is Kelburn Castle, Country Park & Estate. The castle has an unusual design with distinct graffiti style artwork on its walls. In the summer months, pony trekking is offered and also a pets corner. There is also a café with a tasty selection of food and drink.
