Unbekent - Art Residency Project

Join us for a series of talks and artist workshops in the Make studio space and observe the development of our research and art-making. This project is supported by Narture. Narture supports creativity and critical thinking and aims to support inclusion and community cohesion within Ayr. Narture is committed to utilising all surplus profits to fulfilling our concerns of making creative activities accessible to all. Artists Stuart Murphy and Rebecca Scott will use the Make studio as the base for their Unbekent project for six weeks. The project focuses on working class and underclass history, persecuted individuals and lesser known Ayrshire history in general. All events are offered on a sliding-scale basis to make participation more accessible. Please note that this listing relates to the times when the project is open to the public.
