Welcome to Car Bute and Bike Bute
See the Island with our low carbon travel options. Our car club gives freedom of movement for visitors to the island and beyond and is a great green alternative to private car ownership for island residents. Bike Bute provides a fund and easy way to explore and connect with the environment.
We have one Toyota Yaris; one manual and one automatic (hybrid)- 5 doors.
To Register as an Annual Member costs just £60 membership fee and £50 returnable insurance deposit: you will receive an user name and password to access the booking system when you wish to use a car; payment can be per use or monthly invoice.
To Register as a Temporary Member (4 weeks) costs £20 membership fee and £50 returnable insurance deposit. A member of staff will book your hire; payment is due at end of hire.

We have 16 Raleigh Motus Grand Tour e-bikes in three sizes
To Register as a member of Bike Bute it is just £20 per annum and then hire by the hour for just £3
Day visitors can hire an e-bike for 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) for £20 or full day (up to 8 hours) for £35 - £50 returnable deposit on either option
